Description
Flow-through cuvette (compact) type 170.700-QS is a high-performance quartz glass precision cuvette with a path length of 1 mm and a sample volume of 62 µl. It covers a wavelength range from 200 nm to 2500 nm, features an aperture of 17,5 × 3,5 mm and a centre height of 8,5–15 mm, and is fitted with two M6 screw connections plus FEP tubing for continuous flow measurements. Hellma® precision cuvettes from manufacturer Hellma are manufactured entirely in Germany and are suitable for all common spectrophotometers. They deliver highest precision in path-length accuracy and parallelism for continuously reproducible results, are thermally bonded rather than glued for high resistance to temperature and chemicals, and achieve excellent transmission greater than 82 %. Bevelled edges enable safe, comfortable handling and reduce chipping risk. The cuvettes can be cleaned and reused as a sustainable laboratory option. Production follows EN ISO 9001 and EN ISO 14001, meeting high optical standards for spectrophotometric work.
