Manufactured from high-density polyethylene (PE-HD) in white, it features a funnel diameter of 200 mm, a 220 mm safety lance, splash guard and removable sieve. Two independent safety mechanisms—a ball integrated in the funnel basin and a sealing ring in the hinged lid—effectively prevent the escape of toxic or harmful gases. The hinged lid with sealing ring closes the funnel when not in use, while the optimised sieve captures larger particles and provides a stable rest for laboratory bottles. An improved splash guard with integrated air channels minimises bubble formation during filling. The ball valve opens automatically on filling, and the safety lance can be individually shortened for clean drainage of liquid waste. All essential components are removable for straightforward cleaning. The new design delivers higher stability and durability, resisting deformation even under heavy use.
