Description
H 68.55 temperature probe is a PT 1000 stainless-steel sensor for EUROSTAR, MINISTAR and MICROSTAR control overhead stirrers. With a 6 mm diameter and maximum immersion depth of 230 mm, it is well suited to highly viscous samples and can be used with the LR 2000.60 sensor holder on the LR 2.ST system. Manufactured from AISI 316 Ti, the probe tolerates temperatures up to 350 °C and offers a response time of t0,9 = 10 s for dependable process monitoring. This accessory from manufacturer IKA supports demanding mixing applications where robust immersion geometry and elevated thermal limits are required. The stainless-steel body provides durability and chemical resistance in routine laboratory use. Supplied as a single unit, the H 68.55 extends temperature-control capability on compatible IKA control stirrers and reactor setups that need a thicker, high-temperature PT 1000 probe for viscous media or larger vessels.
