The kit contains three Safety Cap I (GL 45, PEEK), one Safety Cap II (GL 45, PEEK), four air valves, four change indicators, PE fittings in 1,6 mm, 2,3 mm and 3,2 mm OD, one PE blind plug and labelling fields. All screw caps feature a freely rotatable PEEK core with UNF ¼''-28G internal thread for capillary and air-valve connection. Free of polyhalogenated olefins and fully PFAS-free, the components meet DIN 38407-42, DIN 38414-14 and EU Directive 2020/2184 requirements. Manufactured by SCAT, the GreenLine PEEK Safety Caps block harmful solvent vapours while protecting the HPLC system from airborne contaminants. Unused ports can be sealed with the supplied blind plugs, and every part is individually reorderable. The set offers a cost-effective first equipping solution compatible with virtually all common HPLC systems and is ideal for laboratories performing sensitive PFAS determinations.
