Description

HPLC Starter Kit II GreenLine PEEK for PFAS analysis is a complete solvent-supply starter set for the initial equipping of HPLC systems. It contains four Safety Cap II units with GL 45 thread, each fitted with a freely rotatable PEEK core and internal UNF ¼'' 28G thread for connecting capillaries and an air valve, together with four air valves, four change indicators, eight PE fittings of 1,6 mm OD, eight of 2,3 mm OD and eight of 3,2 mm OD, four PE blind plugs and four labelling fields. Free from polyhalogenolefins and entirely PFAS-free, the PEEK cores and PE fittings make the kit ideal for PFAS analytics and compliant with DIN 38407-42, DIN 38414-14 and EU Directive 2020/2184. Safety Caps from manufacturer SCAT block harmful solvent vapours while protecting the HPLC system from contamination. The set suits all common HPLC systems; unused ports can be closed with the supplied blind plugs. All components may be reordered individually, providing a clear price advantage over separate purchases and remaining universal even when fewer connections are needed.

Questions about HPLC Starter Kit II, GreenLine, PEEK, PFAS Analytic

What is this article?

HPLC Starter Kit II, GreenLine, PEEK, PFAS Analytic is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes SCAT for laboratory use. It sits in Closures (other), inside Stoppers, caps & closures, in Labware.

These are the closures that are not a plain screw cap, a rubber stopper or a ground-glass stopper. The question is still the same: does the closure match the mouth, and does the material survive the contents.

A closure is the part that decides whether a bottle stays shut and whether the contents attack the seal. A ground-glass stopper matches a ground neck. A screw cap needs the right thread and a liner that survives the liquid. Rubber and silicone stoppers push into a mouth. The liner, not the colour of the cap, is the chemical choice. The vessels they close are indexed under ISO laboratory glassware.
