Description

HPLC Starter Kit IV GreenLine PEEK for PFAS analysis is a comprehensive solvent-supply starter set intended for initial equipping of HPLC systems. It comprises four Safety Cap IV units with GL 45 thread, each equipped with a freely rotatable PEEK core and internal UNF ¼'' 28G thread for capillary and air-valve connection, four air valves, four change indicators, sixteen PE fittings of 1,6 mm OD, sixteen of 2,3 mm OD and sixteen of 3,2 mm OD, twelve PE blind plugs and four labelling fields. Free from polyhalogenolefins and PFAS-free, the PEEK cores and PE fittings are ideally suited to PFAS analytics and comply with DIN 38407-42, DIN 38414-14 and EU Directive 2020/2184. Safety Caps from manufacturer SCAT offer the highest safety level for HPLC solvent supply by blocking harmful vapours while protecting the instrument from contamination. The kit fits all standard HPLC systems; unused ports can be closed with the supplied blind plugs. All set parts are available individually for reordering, delivering a price advantage over separate purchases and remaining universal even when fewer connections are needed.

Questions about HPLC Starter Kit IV, GreenLine, PEEK, PFAS Analytic

What is this article?

HPLC Starter Kit IV, GreenLine, PEEK, PFAS Analytic is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes SCAT for laboratory use. It sits in Closures (other), inside Stoppers, caps & closures, in Labware.

These are the closures that are not a plain screw cap, a rubber stopper or a ground-glass stopper. The question is still the same: does the closure match the mouth, and does the material survive the contents.

A closure is the part that decides whether a bottle stays shut and whether the contents attack the seal. A ground-glass stopper matches a ground neck. A screw cap needs the right thread and a liner that survives the liquid. Rubber and silicone stoppers push into a mouth. The liner, not the colour of the cap, is the chemical choice. The vessels they close are indexed under ISO laboratory glassware.
