Description
Culture cultivation device (Jumo control) 2 × 20 litres is a laboratory culture system equipped with two chrome-nickel steel vessels of 20 litres each, complete with lid and stirrer for pasteurization, maturation and final cooling sequences. The white polypropylene housing uses a 10 mm wall thickness and a touchscreen control panel that stores up to 50 programmes with automatic parameter saving. Pasteurization temperature can be set from 10 °C to 99 °C for 1 minute to 100 hours; maturation temperature covers 10 °C to 60 °C over the same duration, while final cooling is adjustable between 10 °C and 40 °C. A chrome-nickel steel heating element and a 15 l/min circulation pump maintain bath circulation, and process water enters via a ½-inch hose connection. Mother culture bottles are made of Duran glass. The unit is mounted on an anodized aluminium underframe built from 25 × 25 mm square tubing and connects to a 3~400/N/PE 16 A supply. This configuration from manufacturer Aerne Analytic supports larger-batch culture work in dairy, food and applied microbiology laboratories requiring programmable multi-step thermal control.
This article is part of Heating & cooling (other), in Heating, drying & cooling.

Questions about Incubator (Jumo-Control) 2x20 Liter
What is this article?
Incubator (Jumo-Control) 2x20 Liter is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Aerne Analytic for laboratory use. It sits in Heating & cooling (other), inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Lab instruments.
This shelf holds heating and cooling equipment that is not a furnace, a mantle, a bath, an oven or an incubator. The question is still the range, the stability and what the heat actually touches.
Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
Which category should I open next?
