Industrial scale, washable, series ABW, 8000 g is a waterproof, washable platform balance with IP67 protection class, intended for food-industry and other damp working environments. Core functions include weighing, percentage weighing and checkweighing, supported by a dual backlit LCD display, capacity memory and an LED graphic bar for monitoring checkweighing limits. A large stainless steel weighing plate, five measuring units (g, kg, lb, oz, lb-oz) and external calibration provide flexible day-to-day operation. The instrument runs from an AC adapter or its internal rechargeable battery at 200–240 V / 50–60 Hz. Outer dimensions are 255 × 290 × 105 mm with a net weight of 3,300 kg. Supplied with a handbook from manufacturer Labbox, the scale can optionally be ordered with the manufacturer calibration certificate BAAC-CAL-001.
