The electronic single-column force test stand TVO 500N500S-LD is a motorised system for tension and compression force measurements with a measuring range of 500 N. Supplied as a five-in-one solution, it includes the motorised test stand, LD length measuring system, interface cable, AFH LD data transfer software, AFH 12 interface converter and mounting hardware. Integrated linear potentiometry enables length measurement for force–displacement diagrams on a PC, with a maximum measuring range of 300 mm, readability of 0,01 mm and measuring accuracy of 0,5 % of maximum. A 1,5 m USB-A cable supports high-speed data acquisition. The stepper motor delivers constant travel speed from minimum to maximum load, permits testing at minimal speed under full load, and ensures precise positioning with clean start and stop without overrun, even at high speeds, plus finely settable speed indicated on the display. Automatic or manual travel modes are selectable on the premium control panel, which offers digital speed display, digital repeat function and PC control via SAUTER AFH software. This robust table-top unit from manufacturer Kern is designed for straightforward operation and accepts SAUTER force gauges up to 500 N when combined with the TVO-A01 accessory.
