Description
Muffle furnace SNOL 80/1100 LSF01 is a high-precision universal laboratory furnace for hardening, solution treatment, normalising and other thermal processing up to 1100 °C. The fibre-board chamber provides an 80 l useful volume with internal dimensions of 300 mm width, 405 mm depth and 600 mm height, while heating elements are installed on four sides of the chamber. A ceramic hearth plate, thermal insulation panels, right-hand door opening and a door safety switch support safe, repeatable operation. Temperature is controlled by a microprocessor controller (Omron E5CC base model) mounted on the lower front panel. Rated power is 5,4 kW at 400 V, 50 Hz, three-phase supply. Maximum heat-up time without load is 150 min; temperature stability after equilibration is within ±1 °C and uniformity within ±10 °C. External dimensions are 745 × 800 × 1255 mm, with a net weight of 135 kg. An optional exhaust chimney can be fitted to limit release of process gases into the room. Suitable for scientific laboratories, education, medicine and industry, this unit is offered by manufacturer SnolTherm as a robust chamber furnace for demanding thermal work.

Questions about Muffelofen 80L 1100°C
What is this article?
Muffelofen 80L 1100°C is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes SnolTherm for laboratory use. It sits in Muffle & tube furnaces, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Lab instruments.
A muffle furnace surrounds a sample with heat for ashing or ignition, often to 1100 °C. A tube furnace heats a sample in a controlled atmosphere inside a tube. The maximum temperature and the chamber size are the specification. A drying oven is not a furnace.
Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
