Description

neoChoice Safety-Cap reaction vessels are transparent, sterile tubes with a 1,5 ml volume for secure handling of laboratory samples. A stable lid lock stops uncontrolled opening during incubation or similar steps, which is especially important when working with precious samples, radioactive substances or DNA. The vessels are IVD certified and therefore suitable for biological specimens in in-vitro diagnostics. Offered in a pack of 50 pieces from manufacturer neolab - Labor, they combine a secure Safety-Cap closure with high chemical resistance for routine molecular and diagnostic work. In the open state they can be autoclaved at 121 °C for 20 min, and the 1,5 ml format is centrifugable up to 30.000 × g. The tubes are free from DNase, RNase, PCR inhibitors, endotoxin, DNA and ATP, supporting clean conditions for nucleic-acid and enzymatic applications. These sterile reaction vessels suit incubation, short-term storage and high-speed spinning where a reliable seal and low contamination risk are required in research and diagnostic laboratories.

Questions about neoChoice Safety-Cap Reaktionsgefäße transparent, steril, 1,5 ml 50 Stück/Pack

What is this article?

neoChoice Safety-Cap Reaktionsgefäße transparent, steril, 1,5 ml 50 Stück/Pack is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes neolab for laboratory use. It sits in Microcentrifuge & reaction tubes, inside Microplates, PCR & reaction tubes, in Lab consumables.

A microcentrifuge tube, the familiar 1.5 mL or 2 mL flip-cap tube, holds a small reaction or a spin-down. The cap style, the centrifugal-force rating and whether the tube is low-binding are the specification. A PCR tube is thinner and is a different article.

A microplate is an array of wells so the same step can be done many times. A deep-well plate holds more volume. A PCR plate or a strip of tubes is thin-walled so the temperature of a cycler reaches the liquid quickly. A seal keeps the well from evaporating. The well number, the working volume and whether the plate is skirted for a robot are the choices. Diagnostic test systems are listed under ISO in vitro diagnostic systems. Methods are on PubMed.
