Description

NO3 14764 nitrate reaction cuvette test is a photometric kit for the determination of nitrate-nitrogen in the measuring range 1,0–50,0 mg/l NO3-N. The pack supplies 25 tests in 16 mm round cuvettes and uses a sample volume of only 0,5 ml. Analysis is based on the DMP method and corresponds to ISO 23696-1 and DIN 38405-9, ensuring compatibility with standardised laboratory procedures. Combicheck CC80 is available for quality control, and each batch is accompanied by a certificate. The cuvettes are designed for use with PhotoLab® and pHotoFlex® photometers from manufacturer WTW - a Xylem brand. Pre-dosed reagents minimise preparation time and improve reproducibility for routine nitrate monitoring in drinking water, surface water, wastewater and process streams. The compact reaction-cuvette format supports efficient workflows in environmental and industrial laboratories that require reliable NO3-N data across a broad concentration window. Clear measuring limits and low sample demand make the test practical for both high-throughput series and occasional control measurements.

This article is part of Cuvette tests (Nanocolor), in Test kits & water analysis.

What is this article?

NO3 14764, Nitrate Reaction Cuvette Test Measuring range: is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes WTW - a Xylem brand for laboratory use. It sits in Cuvette tests (Nanocolor), inside Test kits & water analysis, in Lab chemicals.

A cuvette test is a ready optical cell containing the reagents for one water or one chemical determination. The sample is added, the cell goes into a photometer, and the range printed on the box is the range of the answer. It is a method, packaged, not a bottle of reagent to assemble.

A test kit turns a chemical question into a colour, a titre or a reading on a strip, so the operator does not have to assemble the method from separate reagents. A cuvette test is a ready optical cell. A strip is a field reading. The range printed on the kit is the range where the answer means something. Outside it, the kit is silent or wrong. The substances inside are on PubChem. Water measurement traces to NIST.
