Powder sampler Mini, V4A, Ø 6 mm, 300 mm, 0,01 ml is a compact stainless-steel sampler for taking precisely defined small powder volumes. Pressing the push-button extends an inner sampling rod into the material; releasing it retracts the rod and encloses a fixed quantity in the sampling notch. Depending on the version, the Mini series delivers 0,01 ml, 0,05 ml or 0,1 ml; this model is specified for 0,01 ml. With an insertion depth of up to 300 mm and a diameter of 6 mm, several target-point samples can be taken at different depths from small containers, sacks, drums or open packages. The instrument is made of high-grade stainless steel 1.4404/1.4571 (V4A) from manufacturer Bürkle and is intended primarily for pharmaceutical, medical-device and biotechnology applications such as raw-material checks on starting materials, active substances and excipients. Operation is simple: insert to the required depth, extend the inner rod, move slightly up and down to fill the chamber, retract the rod, withdraw the sampler, then discharge the sample into a suitable vessel and clean the device. Net weight is 0,253 kg; non-sterile single-piece supply.
