Präzitherm® precision hot plate type SR is a digital laboratory heating plate for controlled operation from room temperature up to 350 °C. Its 200 × 200 mm anodised aluminium heating surface delivers 800 W at 230 V AC, offering a practical benchtop footprint with strong thermal performance for sample preparation, digestion and general laboratory heating. An asymmetric, fast-response special heating system with heat sensors and power matching to the heat demand ensures precise temperatures and very uniform distribution across the entire plate surface. This table-top configuration includes a separate benchtop controller and overtemperature protection, allowing flexible placement of the control unit beside the plate. The type SR design from manufacturer Gestigkeit is intended as a free-standing workstation solution rather than a panel-mounted installation. A protective-contact (type F) mains plug supports standard European laboratory supplies. Supplied as one piece, the unit serves professional labs that need stable, evenly heated surfaces with convenient external setpoint control on the bench.
