Description

Type II water resin cartridge for the MICROMATIC water purification system is a resin-based consumable used to obtain Type II analytical-grade water from the drinking-water supply in an ecological and economical manner. The pack comprises two resin cartridges for the MICROMATIC platform, forming part of the system’s cartridge set and supporting scheduled replacement of consumables. With the associated unit from manufacturer Labbox, laboratories benefit from a withdrawal capacity of 2,5 l/h and microprocessor conductivity control shown on a digital display that reports end water quality, operating status and the need to change cartridges. Service is simple and rapid, and regular acid cleaning is not required. An optional 25 L tank with tap is available for the system. The purification device operates at 100–240 V / 50–60 Hz, measures 40 × 25 × 45 cm externally and weighs 9 kg in use; this cartridge pack has a net weight of 0,500 kg. These Type II resin cartridges support consistent resin-stage performance in analytical laboratory water workflows.

Questions about Resin cartridge for MICROMATIC water purification system, 2 pcs

What is this article?

Resin cartridge for MICROMATIC water purification system, 2 pcs is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Labbox for laboratory use. It sits in Ultrapure & pure water systems, inside Water purification, in Lab instruments.

A pure-water system, often by reverse osmosis and deionisation, feeds the laboratory. An ultrapure polisher takes that water to the resistivity and organic levels HPLC or cell culture ask for. Production rate and the feed water it expects are the specification. The system is not a cooler.

Laboratory water is a reagent. Tap water carries ions, organics and microbes that become part of every result they touch. A pure-water system takes most of them out. An ultrapure system, often a polisher after a first stage, is what HPLC, cell culture and trace analysis ask for. Resistivity, total organic carbon and endotoxin are different claims. A cartridge is spent when the number drifts, not when the calendar says so. The measurement of those impurities sits with NIST and the BIPM.
