ROTI®CELL Leibovitz´s L15, sterile, w/o glutamine, with galactose, 500 ml

ROTI®CELL Leibovitz's L15 is a sterile, ready-to-use cell culture medium prepared without glutamine and with galactose. Belonging to the CELLPURE® range, this liquid formulation supports culture conditions in which free gas exchange is preferred and CO2-buffered incubators are not required. Galactose is included as a carbohydrate source, while the absence of glutamine allows controlled supplementation by the user. The medium is supplied as a 500 ml unit for straightforward laboratory handling. Physical characteristics include a density of about 1 g/cm³ and a boiling point near 100 °C. Leibovitz's L15 is commonly selected for primary explants, tumour cell lines and other systems maintained in ambient air.
