Description
Safety eye wash station with catch basin for wall mounting, surface-mounted is a ClassicLine emergency eyewash for surface wall installation in laboratories and technical areas. Broad-jet high-performance spray heads with low-scaling plastic spray plates, rubber protection and tightly closing dust covers with flip mechanism are mounted on a distributor fork above a stainless-steel catch basin of 275 mm diameter with 1 1/4-inch male drain connection, chemically resistant green powder-coated. An integrated automatic flow regulator supplies 14 litres per minute for a standards-compliant spray pattern at 2,5 to 5 bar flow pressure. A stainless-steel wall flange with four fixing holes (3/4-inch female water inlet), X6 plug-in system and 1/2-inch connection pipe with X8 plug (60 mm) support straightforward alignment; surfaces are green powder-coated. The stainless-steel 1/2-inch ball valve with PUSH-lever operation is DIN-DVGW tested and approved. A steel operating plate (240 mm) shows a large long-afterglow “PUSH” signal per DIN 67510. From manufacturer B-SAFETY, height is 220 mm, projection 385 mm and overall width including lever 425 mm; mounting height is 860 mm (± 200 mm). A self-adhesive PVC eye-wash sign (100 × 100 mm) per DIN EN ISO 7010 and ASR A1.3 is included. Compliant with BGI/GUV-I 850-0, DIN 1988, DIN EN 1717, ANSI Z358.1-2014 and DIN EN 15154-2:2006.
