Sartocon® Slice 50, ECO Hydrosart 300 kD is a ready-to-use 50 cm² fully disposable crossflow module ideally suited for membrane screening and process development. It incorporates a Hydrosart® membrane with a nominal molecular weight cut-off of 300 kDa together with an ECO screen and female Luer Lock connectors. The effective filtration area of 50 cm² enables efficient evaluation of membrane performance while the compact format keeps sample consumption low. Net weight is 0,240 kg and gross weight 0,280 kg, facilitating easy handling on the laboratory bench. This disposable design from manufacturer Sartorius removes cleaning and validation steps between runs and minimises cross-contamination risk during early process work.
