TICKOPUR R 30 neutral cleaner is a concentrate formulated for especially gentle cleaning and degreasing of assembled and disassembled machines, tools, glass and ceramic parts in industry, workshops and laboratories. It is intended primarily for use in SONOREX ultrasonic units and is also suitable for immersion, wipe and high-pressure cleaning when applied correctly. TICKOPUR R 30 removes light grinding, polishing and lapping residues, oil- and grease-type soiling and soot from metals including light metals, glass, ceramics, plastics and rubber. Recommended ultrasonic dosing is 1–5 %, with sonication times of 1–10 minutes at 20–80 °C; ensure full wetting and vent hollow parts, then rinse thoroughly with water, preferably demineralised water, for residue-free results. The product shows broad material compatibility; preliminary tests are advised for highly sensitive materials. Hazard classification includes GHS05 with signal word Danger and H318 (causes serious eye damage).
