TICKOPUR R 32 is a complexing-agent-free special cleaner concentrate for ultrasonic cleaning of assembled and disassembled machines, tools, instruments and parts in industry, craft workshops and laboratories. The liquid, highly concentrated formulation is intended especially for use in SONOREX ultrasonic units and is also suitable for immersion, wipe and high-pressure cleaning. When applied correctly it delivers rapid yet material-compatible cleaning. It removes distillation residues, organic and inorganic deposits, and oil- and grease-type soiling from metals including light metals, as well as glass, ceramics, plastics and rubber. Free of complexing agents, it is chosen wherever chelating additives would interfere with subsequent processes. Further properties include corrosion protection, biodegradability, dosage from 0,25 % and a pH of 9,9 at 1 %. Typical ultrasonic application uses 0,25–5 % concentration, 1–10 minutes sonication time and 20–80 °C. This Bandelin concentrate supports gentle yet effective cleaning where complexing-agent-free chemistry is required. Hazard statements include skin irritation and serious eye damage; appropriate protective equipment should be worn.
