TICKOPUR R 33 is a highly concentrated liquid universal cleaner formulated for ultrasonic cleaning and degreasing of assembled and disassembled machines, tools, instruments and components in industry, trade workshops and laboratories. It is also suited to thorough cleaning of heavily soiled respiratory protective masks and occupational safety accessories. The concentrate is intended especially for use in SONOREX ultrasonic units and can equally be applied by immersion, wiping or high-pressure cleaning. At the recommended 3–5 % working dilution with ultrasound, sonication times of 1–10 minutes and bath temperatures of 20–80 °C deliver rapid yet material-friendly results. TICKOPUR R 33 removes general soiling, grinding, polishing and lapping residues, oily and greasy films, soot, ink and similar contaminants from metals including light metals, glass, ceramics, plastics, rubber, windows, spectacles, electrostatic filters and breathing masks. With a pH of 9,9 at 1 % and built-in corrosion protection, the biodegradable formulation from manufacturer Bandelin offers broad material compatibility; tin and zinc parts may be attacked.
