twin.tec® real-time 96 PCR plate, unskirted, white, is a low-profile multiwell plate engineered for real-time PCR and fluorescence-based assays. It provides 96 sample positions with white wells that improve light reflection for stronger optical signals. Each well accommodates up to 150 µL and features raised rims that support effective sealing with films or caps. Reduced wall thickness promotes rapid, uniform heat transfer during thermal cycling, while the rigid construction delivers high mechanical stability for routine laboratory handling. The unskirted format fits a broad range of real-time PCR instruments. Plates are supplied PCR clean and are autoclavable at 121 °C for 20 minutes; barcoding is available on request. Offered by manufacturer Eppendorf in a pack of 20 plates, this twin.tec real-time format is also available in batch-tested purity grades including PCR clean and Eppendorf Forensic DNA Grade.
