Description
The Ultra Clear TP ED 20 TWF EDI 60 UV UF TM is a TWF EDI ultrapure water system with electronic dispenser for precise, volume-controlled dosing of up to 2,0 l/min. An IONPURE EDI cell provides residual desalination of RO permeate at a high, constant level, with tank feed quality typically between 0,06 and 0,2 µS/cm. Combined UV irradiation, ultrafiltration and online TOC monitoring support production of analytically pure, pyrogen-free water at 0,055 µS/cm (18,2 MOhm·cm), TOC below 3 ppb, endotoxin content below 0,001 EU/ml, and freedom from DNase, RNase and DNA. Pure-water production rate is 20 l/h at a maximum feed conductivity of 1400 µS/cm. Printer and Modbus interfaces integrate data transfer into existing systems, while intuitive software enables immediate dispensing. The compact unit includes a 60 l tank and operates on 100–240 V / 50–60 Hz at 0,225 kW, with sound pressure not exceeding 55 dB. Device dimensions are 340 × 535 × 550 mm; the 60 l tank is 560 × 770 × 310 mm. Offered by manufacturer Evoqua Water Technologies, this configuration supplies two water qualities in one economical, sustainable laboratory solution.

Questions about Ultra Clear TP ED 20 TWF EDI 60 UV UF TM
What is this article?
Ultra Clear TP ED 20 TWF EDI 60 UV UF TM is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Evoqua Water Technologies for laboratory use. It sits in Ultrapure & pure water systems, inside Water purification, in Lab instruments.
A pure-water system, often by reverse osmosis and deionisation, feeds the laboratory. An ultrapure polisher takes that water to the resistivity and organic levels HPLC or cell culture ask for. Production rate and the feed water it expects are the specification. The system is not a cooler.
Laboratory water is a reagent. Tap water carries ions, organics and microbes that become part of every result they touch. A pure-water system takes most of them out. An ultrapure system, often a polisher after a first stage, is what HPLC, cell culture and trace analysis ask for. Resistivity, total organic carbon and endotoxin are different claims. A cartridge is spent when the number drifts, not when the calendar says so. The measurement of those impurities sits with NIST and the BIPM.
