Description

Ultra Clear TP ED UV TM - Ultra pure water system, 2 l/min.

The Ultra Clear™ TP ED series comes with an electronic dispenser allowing precise and volume-controlled dispensing of your ultra pure water for
flows up to 2 l/min. The software is intuitive and makes dispensing easy without any delay.
A printer and Modbus interface integrates the data transfer into your existing system.

THE POLISHER MODELS
Designed for deionized water feed at conductivity
< 20 µS/cm. The unit has an ultrapure water output capacity up to 2 l/min and delivers a water quality of 18.2 MΩ-cm (0.055 µS/cm). The water produced exceeds current quality standards.

Wall mounted or bench system with TOC monitoring producing ultrapure water with a conductivity of 18.2 MOhm.cm (0.055 µS/cm) and TOC < 3 ppb, from a pre-treated (deionized or reverse osmosis) water source.

The unit consists of:

Ultrapure water production
1 pressure regulating valve
1 inlet solenoid valve to interrupt water feed when ultrapure water is not being withdrawn
1 flow turbine to recognize the volume dispensed
1 pre-treatment module DTO, pressure resistant and filled with high quality mixed bed resin and activated carbon
1 temperature compensated, inlet water conductivity sensor (SS 316 TI, C=0.2)
1 recirculation pump, (automatic speed reduction when water is not being dispensed
1 UV oxidation lamp 254/185 nm. The UV lamp is surrounded by high quality quartz glass for TOC reduction, and disinfection.
1 temperature compensated, conductivity sensor (SS 316 TI, cell constant C=0.1, 0.1º intervals at 25ºC), TOC monitoring
1 polishing module MFIIID, filled with high quality synthetic activated carbon, mixed bed resin in semiconductor quality and adsorbed resin
1 temperature sensor, compensated (at 25°C in 0.1°C increments)
1 solenoid valve for module rinsing and temperature control
1 temperature compensated conductivity sensor (SS 316 TI, cell constant C=0.1, 0.1º intervals at 25ºC)
1 Electronical dispenser PVDF, dead leg free, fully integrated in the recirculation loop and electronic recognition when in standby mode
1 0.2µm point-of-use filter with PES-membrane
1 volumetric ultrapure water dispenser
1 disinfection connection with quick fit couplers.
1 single dose of disinfection solution
1 connection kit, including 2m tube

Questions about Ultra Clear TP ED UV TM

What is this article?

Ultra Clear TP ED UV TM is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Evoqua Water Technologies for laboratory use. It sits in Ultrapure & pure water systems, inside Water purification, in Lab instruments.

A pure-water system, often by reverse osmosis and deionisation, feeds the laboratory. An ultrapure polisher takes that water to the resistivity and organic levels HPLC or cell culture ask for. Production rate and the feed water it expects are the specification. The system is not a cooler.

Laboratory water is a reagent. Tap water carries ions, organics and microbes that become part of every result they touch. A pure-water system takes most of them out. An ultrapure system, often a polisher after a first stage, is what HPLC, cell culture and trace analysis ask for. Resistivity, total organic carbon and endotoxin are different claims. A cartridge is spent when the number drifts, not when the calendar says so. The measurement of those impurities sits with NIST and the BIPM.

Which category should I open next?
