Description
UniSampler EX, complete is a dedicated liquid sampler for taking samples of flammable liquids of hazard class AI (VbF), such as petrol, from a precisely defined depth. The glass bottle and suction hose are electrically conductive and connected, and the assembly is earthed via a grounding cable so that electrostatic hazards are controlled during sampling. A hand-operated vacuum pump draws the liquid so that the medium contacts only the suction hose and the original sample bottle, supporting clean transfer into the collection vessel. The complete set from manufacturer Bürkle is supplied in a handy transport case and includes a 4 m NBR hose, a 1000 ml glass bottle, bottle adapter, bottle base, vacuum pump, grounding cable and brass hose weight. Operation is straightforward: earth the device, lower the suction hose to the required depth, fit the adapter on the sample bottle, generate vacuum with the hand pump and collect the sample, then remove, close and label the filled bottle. PTB approval D-333-009 618/00 underlines its suitability for controlled sampling of flammable liquids in laboratory and industrial environments.
