Vacuum drying oven VDL056-230V is a safety vacuum drying cabinet designed for controlled drying of organic solvents under vacuum. With a nominal volume of 55 l, it operates from +9 °C above ambient temperature up to +110 °C and supports programmable control of air pressure and vacuum. The unit is explosion-protected and classified according to ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU as EX II 2/3/- G IIB T3 Gb/Gc/- X, supporting safe laboratory workflows with flammable media. An intuitive touchscreen controller provides graphical display of pressure and temperature, while program-controlled drying monitoring automatically ventilates at process end. An internal data logger stores measured values for open-format readout via USB; Ethernet is available as the computer interface. Two individually positionable aluminium expansion shelves, universal ventilation for inert gas or ambient air, a DN 16 universal feed-through for external measuring equipment, and a spring-mounted safety glass pane with shatter protection and a large viewing window complete the configuration.
