Description
VALEGRO 1203H recirculating chiller is an extended-configuration laboratory unit with additional heating function and a stronger pressure-regulated pump for demanding applications. It offers a constant cooling capacity of 1,2 kW at 20 °C and supports stable processes around the clock in laboratory, research and production. Precise temperature control with a stability of ± 0,2 °C, combined with adjustable pump pressure, provides flexible and secure operation across varied setups. From manufacturer Julabo, the refrigeration circuit uses an environmentally friendly natural refrigerant, and the compact design integrates well into everyday workspaces. User-oriented features include a timer function, a ventilation grille removable without tools, castors for convenient handling, and an illuminated fill-level indicator that is easy to clean. An inclined OLED touch display with intuitive full-text menus in German and English enables quick access to functions, data logging and autostart; warnings and system messages are shown in clear language. RS232 and USB-C interfaces are placed under the display for front access, with Ethernet available optionally. Scope of delivery comprises two hose olives for 1/2″ internal-diameter tubing (pump connections with M24×1,5 external thread).

Questions about VALEGRO 1203H recirculating cooler
What is this article?
VALEGRO 1203H recirculating cooler is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Julabo for laboratory use. It sits in Circulators, chillers & thermostats, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Lab instruments.
A circulator or thermostat holds a bath liquid at a set temperature and pumps it through a jacket. A chiller is the same idea aimed below ambient. The temperature range, the cooling power and the pump flow are the three numbers. The fluid has to match the range.
Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
