Description
VISCO JET® CRACK 80 mm (V4A) is an innovative laboratory stirring impeller engineered for highly reliable agitation of very viscous media such as pastes and gels without air entrainment throughout the vessel. The specially shaped blades generate a self-dynamic flow that delivers markedly better mixing results than conventional impellers and shortens process times. This all-round design handles both aqueous and highly viscous substances effectively. The stainless-steel (V4A) model from manufacturer Heidolph is optimally matched to vessels with an ideal diameter of 133–200 mm, a recommended bottom clearance of 24 mm, an ideal fill height of 133–200 mm and working volumes of 1.900–6,300 ml. A stirring shaft with 10 mm diameter is included in the scope of supply. Robust V4A construction supports consistent performance wherever thorough homogenisation of demanding media is required in laboratory mixing applications.

Questions about VISCO JET® CRACK 80mm (V4A)
What is this article?
VISCO JET® CRACK 80mm (V4A) is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Heidolph for laboratory use. It sits in Stirring & mixing accessories, inside Stirring, shaking & mixing, in Lab instruments.
Stirring accessories are the bosses, the retort clamps and the spare knobs that hold an overhead stirrer over the vessel. The stand has to carry the motor's mass, not only the flask's.
Stirring keeps a mixture uniform or helps a solid dissolve. A magnetic stirrer spins a bar inside a closed vessel. An overhead stirrer drives a shaft when the liquid is viscous or the volume is large. A vortex mixer agitates a tube. A shaker moves a whole rack or a plate. The shape of the impeller and the speed decide whether the liquid turns over or merely spins. The vessels being stirred are indexed under ISO laboratory glassware.
