Description
ABEBA occupational shoes, HACCP-compliant, Lorica, size 42, are professional safety footwear prepared for hygiene-critical food environments. HACCP is a risk-analysis system used in food production and processing to identify, assess and control influences that could cause human illness; these shoes have already been microbiologically examined and tested according to Baumgart for HACCP suitability. The upper is made of Lorica, a water-repellent, washable yet breathable microfibre. A replaceable insole with air-cushion nubs promotes circulation under the entire foot and carries moisture away so the foot stays cooler and drier. Comfort and protection features include a slip-resistant PU sole (SRC) with self-cleaning profile, Air-Mesh lining, ankle protection for high lateral stability, a flex zone that supports natural roll-off, a TPF torsion joint, a shock-absorbing PU midsole to relieve the spine, and an asymmetrical heel for natural foot positioning. A natural-form steel toe cap meets DIN EN 12568 (200 Joule). The footwear is CE marked and conforms to EN ISO 20345:2007, supplied as 1 pkg from manufacturer neolab - Labor.

Questions about ABEBA Berufsschuhe HACCP-gerecht, Lorica, Gr. 42
What is this article?
ABEBA Berufsschuhe HACCP-gerecht, Lorica, Gr. 42 is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes neolab for laboratory use. It sits in Chaussures de sécurité, inside Vêtements de protection & vêtements de travail, in Sécurité.
Safety footwear is specified by toe protection, slip resistance and, where needed, chemical or puncture resistance. The standard marking on the shoe, not the look of the boot, is the specification. Open shoes do not become safety shoes by being worn in a laboratory.
Workwear is the layer between the person and the room. A lab coat is the ordinary coat. A coverall is what is worn when the coat does not cover enough. Cleanroom garments are about the particles the person sheds, not only about the splash. Radiation and hearing protection are specific physical hazards with their own ratings. The rating, not the colour, is the specification. Equipment placed on the EU market follows the PPE Regulation. Practice is at EU-OSHA on dangerous substances.
