Description

Analogue conductivity meter LAT is a compact laboratory instrument for continuous monitoring of water quality via electrical conductivity and temperature. The conductivity measuring range extends from 0,055 to 199,9 µS/cm, while temperature is covered from 0,1 to 99,9 °C, supporting both ultrapure and process-water applications. Limit values can be set steplessly between 0,055 and 30 µS/cm, enabling straightforward threshold control. The unit operates from a standard 230 V / 50–60 Hz supply and features an R3/4'' thread for direct inline installation. Two hoses—one for raw water and one for pure water—each 1,5 m long are included, allowing immediate connection to existing water lines. Manufactured by LAT and supplied as a complete single unit, the analogue meter provides reliable, easy-to-read conductivity surveillance for laboratory pure-water systems, rinse circuits and quality-control points where continuous analogue indication is preferred.

Questions about Analoges Leitfähigkeitsmessgerät LAT

What is this article?

Analoges Leitfähigkeitsmessgerät LAT is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes LAT for laboratory use. It sits in Conductivity meters & cells, inside pH & electrochemistry, in Instruments de précision.

A conductivity meter and its cell measure how well a solution carries current. The cell constant is the geometry that converts conductance to conductivity, and it is calibrated with a standard. Temperature compensation matters because conductivity rises with temperature.

A pH meter is a voltmeter on a glass electrode. The voltage tracks hydrogen-ion activity, and the electrode is converted to pH only after it is adjusted with buffers of known value. Conductivity measures how well a solution carries a current, which for dilute salts tracks concentration. Dissolved oxygen and titration are further electrodes on the same idea: a sensor, a standard, and a reading that is only as fresh as the calibration. Buffer values and chemical identity sit on PubChem. Accreditation of the calibration laboratory is the field of BELAC and EURAMET.
