Application

Western Blot (WB) : 1:500 (0,5 µg/ml)

Analyse par Western blot de lysat d'E. coli contenant une protéine taguée GST avec un anticorps anti-tag GST. L'analyse par Western blot a été réalisée sur 100 ng ou 25 ng de lysat d'E. coli contenant une protéine taguée GST. Les cellules ont été lysées avec un tampon d'échantillon SDS. La membrane PVDF a été bloquée avec 5% de lait sec dans du PBST pendant 1 h à température ambiante. L'anticorps primaire souris monoclonal anti-tag GST, F50-3D12.2 (N° de cat. 910GSTL) a été dilué dans un tampon de blocage (concentration d'anticorps 0,5 µg/ml) et incubé pendant 1 h à température ambiante. L'anticorps secondaire chèvre anti-souris IgG polyclonal, conjugué HRP a également été dilué dans un tampon de blocage (concentration d'anticorps 0,2 µg/ml) et incubé pendant 1 h à température ambiante. Les bandes ont été visualisées par détection chimiluminescente à l'aide du substrat Pierce™ ECL pour Western Blotting.
