Bottle-top dispenser VITLAB® simplex2, 10-100:1 ml is designed for accurate liquid dosing across a 10–100 ml range in controlled laboratory applications. Suitable operating conditions cover temperatures of 15 to 40 °C for both instrument and liquid, densities up to 2,2 g/cm³, vapour pressures up to 600 mbar and viscosities up to 500 mm²/s. Construction from PTFE, PFA, FEP, borosilicate glass and platinum-iridium delivers high chemical resistance against most acids, solvents and bases. A screw-type mechanism allows fast, simple and precise volume adjustment, and the direct-displacement piston with PFA seal limits crystallisation that could otherwise seize the piston. The clearly readable scale supports reliable day-to-day use, while the cannula closure cap stops residual dripping when fitted. Fully autoclavable at 121 °C and 2 bar (maximum 20 minutes), the dispenser is DE-M marked, offers adjustment capability for test-equipment monitoring and carries an individual serial number on every unit. Delivery from manufacturer Marienfeld includes detailed operating instructions, a quality certificate, standard GL 45 thread, screw-off discharge valve, polypropylene thread adapters, telescopic suction tube and mounting key, without bottle.
