Description
Water sample bottle PP with sodium thiosulfate, clear, sterile (R), 250 ml is a polypropylene container for the collection, transport and storage of water samples destined for microbiological analysis. It is suitable for any workflow that requires a sterile specimen. Bottles are produced in aseptically controlled halls and then sterilised by gamma irradiation; batch numbers plus manufacturing and expiry dates are printed on the packaging. The square body improves handling and saves storage space, while the GL 50 neck simplifies filling and pouring. A polyethylene cap with broad grip grooves, self-locking action and an internal security ring delivers a hermetic, leak-proof closure. Embossed volume graduations on the side walls allow clear reading of the liquid level. Pre-dosed with sodium thiosulfate at 20 mg/l according to ISO/FIS 19458/2006, the bottle is ideal when residual chlorine could alter sample composition. Manufactured from highly transparent clear PP by ISOLAB Laborgeräte, the vessel offers excellent visibility of contents. Supplied in packs of 108 pieces for routine laboratory and field sampling.
