Production takes place in aseptically controlled halls, followed by gamma-irradiation sterilisation; packaging carries batch numbers as well as manufacturing and expiry dates for reliable traceability. The square shape aids handling and reduces storage footprint, while the GL 50 neck supports easy filling and pouring. A polyethylene cap with broad grip grooves, self-locking function and internal safety ring creates a hermetic, leak-proof seal. Embossed graduations on the side walls allow clear reading of the fill level. Fabricated from highly transparent clear PP by manufacturer ISOLAB Laborgeräte, the bottle offers excellent visibility of the contents. This 500 ml variant is supplied without sodium thiosulfate and suits applications where chlorine neutralisation is unnecessary.
