ceramus® 0,4–2,0 ml is a universally applicable bottle-top dispenser with a ceramic piston and reagent recirculation system for controlled liquid handling in the laboratory. Variable volume setting in corresponding steps covers the 0,4 to 2,0 ml range, and a Hastelloy spring supports dependable mechanical performance. The instrument is sterilizable up to 121 °C and is supplied complete with A 45 mm screw thread, three thread adapters (A32, S 40 and A 38), one suction tube with union nut, one discharge unit carrying an individual serial number, one mounting key and an individual calibration certificate. A declaration of conformity according to DIN 12600 is included. This Hirschmann dispenser is intended for routine reagent dispensing where chemical resistance of the piston path and documented calibration matter. The ceramic piston together with the recirculation system helps keep dosing consistent across a broad spectrum of laboratory reagents, while the adapter set supports common reagent bottle threads.
