Cette haute densité C8 phase basée sur le NUCLEODUR de haute pureté® le gel de silice avec son désactivateur de surface (endcapping) supprime toute interaction polaire indésirable entre la surface de la silice et l'échantillon, ce qui rend «Gravité” particulièrement adapté à la séparation des analytes basiques et autres analytes ionisables.
