The system cost-effectively replaces a wide range of individual scales by pairing a professional reference balance with a high-capacity platform. The reference unit is the KERN CFS 6K0.1, a counting scale that can also be used on its own and, when linked to the heavy-duty bridge, meets demanding accuracy needs. Reference piece quantity and known reference weight are programmable via the keypad. Three displays show weight, reference weight and total piece count. Article memory (PLU) stores items with additional text, reference weight and container tare. Fill-to-target lets you set a target piece count or weight, confirmed by acoustic and optical signals.
