Counting system KERN CCS 60K0,1L enables counting of the smallest parts in large quantities, with a maximum displayable piece count of 999.999. The high-precision dual configuration combines a professional reference scale with a high-load quantity platform, allowing a wide spectrum of individual balances to be replaced efficiently and at low cost. Reference scale KERN CFS 6K0.1 can also operate standalone and, when coupled to the heavy-duty weighing bridge, meets elevated accuracy requirements. Desired reference piece number or a known reference weight is programmable via the keypad. Three displays show weight, reference weight and total piece count. PLU memory stores articles together with additional text, reference weight and tare weight, for example of a container. The fill-to-target function permits programming of target piece count or target weight, with acoustic and optical signals on reaching the target. Automatic reference optimisation improves the average part weight step by step for accurate counting. A protective working cover is included in the scope of delivery. Quantity piece counting is performed with high precision on the KERN KFP-V20 IP65 platform from manufacturer Kern, with stainless steel weighing plate, painted steel substructure and aluminium single-point load cell (1×3000 e) rated IP65 against dust and splash water.
