Distribution de traces métalliques, généralement dans la plage des ppb faibles, voire des ppt, selon l'application. Le processus de nettoyage établi pour une utilisation en analyse de traces est expliqué dans la notice d'utilisation. Utilisable comme distributeur pour l'acide fluorhydrique avec un ressort de soupape en platine-iridium.
