DURAN® Dimroth Condenser, with 2 standard ground joints, and 2 screw-on plastic hose connections, NS 14/23, 160 mm
Due to the internal cooling spiral, the Dimroth condenser is characterized by its large cooling surface (coolant flow in counter flow principle). The most well-known application of the Dimroth condenser is the reflux condenser. A reaction mixture is heated, the resulting vapours condense on the cooling spiral and are returned to the reaction mixture.
