EasySyn 2000 Advanced, Laboratory reactor 2000 ml

EasySyn 2000 Advanced is a complete laboratory reactor package engineered for safe, reproducible organic or aqueous synthesis from bench to pilot scale. It comprises a double-walled 2000 ml reaction vessel of chemically resistant borosilicate 3.3 glass with bottom outlet and spring-loaded valve spindle to minimise glass breakage. An ergonomic stand with DN 150 vessel clamp supports rapid vessel changes and height adjustment to the operator. The multi-neck reactor lid (1 × NS 29/32 stirrer guide, 2 × NS 29/32, 1 × NS 14/23) offers flexible process configuration. Materials of construction permit continuous operation from –50 to 200 °C and vacuum levels down to 3 mbar. A powerful EUROSTAR 100 control stirrer (100 Ncm) with quick chuck, integrated timer, overload protection and temperature measurement drives a PTFE-coated pitched-blade impeller via a high-quality vacuum shaft guide. The included LT 5.40 drainage set with valves and tempering hoses allows fast, clean emptying of jacket fluid and simple vessel exchange. RS 232 interface enables external automation with labworldsoft® 6 software (available separately). This advanced system from manufacturer IKA is supplied ready for laboratory use; separate tempering hoses for thermostat connection are not part of the delivery.
