Les joints toriques à l'extérieur des manchons garantissent une étanchéité sous vide élevée (taux de fuite <1 x 10-1 mbar l s-1) et empêchent le collage des rodages. Facile à retirer grâce à un bord épais, réutilisable. Pratiquement résistant à tous les produits chimiques, stable en température de -200 à +250 °C. Aucune graisse nécessaire.
