Ntot2 TC (HR) is a total nitrogen powder test for quantitative determination of total nitrogen (Nges) across the measuring range 10–150 mg/l. Sample volumes of 0,5 ml or 2 ml are used and each pack supplies 50 tests. The reagents are filled into 16 mm and 28 mm round cuvettes and are fully compatible with PhotoLab® and pHotoFlex® photometers. The analytical procedure follows the persulfate digestion method and meets the requirements of ISO 23697-1, DIN EN ISO 11905-1 and DIN 38405-9. Digestion is carried out at 120 °C for 0,5 h. Combicheck CC70 is available for quality control and batch certificates can be requested when needed.
