Reaction vessel, 20 litres, DN 200 is a wide-neck glass set comprising a flanged vessel and matching flanged lid for laboratory reaction, stirring and fermentation work. The half-round standing base vessel has an outer diameter of 290 mm and a height of approximately 480 mm, with two lateral GL 45 nozzles for outlet or overflow. The wide DN 200 flanged lid gives generous access to the interior and simplifies cleaning. Lid configuration includes a centre neck GLS 80 for a stirrer seal plus side necks: three GL 45, two GL 25 and one GL 18. Manufactured from Clean Save laboratory glass in the Blue Line range from Landgraf HLL, the material offers high resistance to water, acids and hydrogen sulphide. This glass set forms the core of a modular reaction system that can be completed with heating options, stirring tools, flange clamps, FEP-coated silicone flange gaskets and suitable stands. It is intended for research and process applications that need a robust, accessible 20 l glass reactor platform with standardised DN 200 flange geometry and multiple GL ports for feeds, sensors and outlets.
