Description

What is this article?
ROTI®Load ADN court-circuit 1x, (avec glycérol) 1x tampon de chargement gel ADN, 5 ml is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Carl Roth for laboratory use. It sits in Electrophoresis systems & power supplies, inside Electrophoresis, in Microbiologie.
An electrophoresis system is the tank and the electrodes. A power supply holds voltage, current or power. The gel size the tank accepts and the voltage range of the supply are the specification. A power supply that cannot hold a constant voltage will not run a method that demands one.
Electrophoresis pulls charged molecules through a gel. Smaller ones move farther. Agarose gels separate nucleic acids. Polyacrylamide gels separate proteins. A comb forms the wells. A power supply holds the voltage or the current. The gel percentage is the sieve. A marker lane is how the bands are named. The methods are in the PubMed literature. Sequences of the nucleic acids are on NCBI Nucleotide.
