Tampon d'électrophorèse natif sans SDS pour gels protéiques. Base optimale pour la préparation du tampon de transfert Western blot par addition de 5-20 % de méthanol (Blotting-Grade, Art. n° 0082).
La solution préparée peut être stérilisée par filtration (0,22 µm). Pour un stockage à long terme, la solution tampon doit être conservée à température ambiante.
