ROTI®LumiX Eco is an advanced ECL substrate specifically designed for chemiluminescent detection in Western Blots.To prepare the working solution, take 1 tablet of A and 1 tablet of B, and dissolve them in 5 ml of distilled water. Shake the solution on a shaker until both tablets are completely dissolved (this may take up to 10 minutes).
