ROTI®Sep 1077 animal excelle grâce à son pouvoir de séparation supérieur, formant des couches de lymphocytes très distinctes et faciles à pipeter lors de la centrifugation. La solution prête à l'emploi est très facile à manipuler, permettant des taux de récupération cellulaire élevés, tout en maintenant la viabilité cellulaire et le rapport représentatif des lymphocytes B et T. L'osmolarité ainsi que le pH sont strictement maintenus dans la plage physiologique. Convient pour une utilisation avec du sang total périphérique non coagulé de tous les mammifères. Dans tous les protocoles respectifs utilisant initialement Ficoll®ce réactif peut être remplacé par ROTI®Sep 1077 animal sans aucun ajustement.
