S 25 KD - LR - 30 F is a dispersing tool with a 30 mm diameter working end, developed specifically for the 5-litre laboratory reactor LR-5.ST. The F-geometry produces extremely fine emulsions down to 1 µm when medium viscosity remains relatively low. The shaft is slightly longer than standard dispersing tools, allowing deeper immersion in the reactor and processing of still smaller minimum sample volumes. Operation under vacuum is possible down to 100 mbar. A revised mechanical design simplifies full disassembly for cleaning and maintenance between batches. Compatible with the T 25 digital, T 25 easy clean digital and T 25 easy clean control dispersers from manufacturer IKA, the tool supports demanding emulsification and homogenisation tasks inside the LR-5.ST reactor. Net weight is 0,920 kg. Laboratories working with low-viscosity formulations benefit from the fine droplet sizes achievable with the F-tool while retaining straightforward service access and vacuum capability for controlled process conditions.
