Safety Cap I GreenLine GL45 PEEK for PFAS analysis is a screw cap system engineered for safe solvent supply in HPLC workflows. The freely rotatable PEEK core carries an internal UNF ¼'' 28G thread for capillary connection together with an integrated ventilation valve and change indicator. Supplied complete with one PE fitting each of 1,6 mm, 2,3 mm and 3,2 mm outer diameter plus a labelling field, the cap is free of polyhalogenolefins and PFAS-free, making it suitable for PFAS analytics. From manufacturer SCAT, the design blocks harmful solvent vapours while protecting the HPLC system from contamination and provides pressure equalisation via the included air valve. The GL 45 thread and chemically resistant PEEK/PE construction withstand aggressive organic solvents; the 360° rotatable closure is autoclavable up to 200 °C. Compliance references include DIN 38407-42, DIN 38414-14 and EU Directive 2020/2184.
